I was taged by Beth at Fake Plastic Fish for an Archive Meme. This is the first meme that I have been involved with, in fact I had to look up exactly what a meme was (I just became internet savy so I am still learning!
Here are the details of the meme:
First, the Archive Meme Instructions: Go back through your archives and post the links to your five favorite blog posts that you’ve written. … but there is a catch:
Link 1 must be about family.
Link 2 must be about friends.
Link 3 must be about yourself, who you are… what you’re all about.
Link 4 must be about something you love.
Link 5 can be anything you choose.
I think this is a great way to circulate some of the great older posts everyone has written, return to a few great places in our memories and also learn a little something about ourselves and each other that we may not know. Post your five links and then tag five other people. At least TWO of the people you tag must be *newer acquaintances so that you get to know each other better….and don’t forget to read the archive posts and leave comments!
This is going to be tough, I don’t really have that many posts in my archive. Well here I go…
- About my family: Inspiration this one isn’t very old but it reminded me that my family came along for this crazy eco-ride and they needed to be able to voice their opinions on the matter.
- About my friends: Reusable Bags I know what you are thinking how does a post about reusable bags have anything to do with friends…but believe it or not I have made several new aquaintances/friends because of my bags. People at the checkout line always ask about them and I try to introduce myself to them and give them a quick overview of my eco-vision, most are receptive especially at the granola store.
- About me and who I am: Where I stand this one was easy to pick, I think it pretty much sums up my environmental stand and it speaks to my Christian upbringing.
- About something that I love: Interview with my Son he is more then a someone then a something but the previous post talks about the Earth that I love so I couldn’t talk about that again. My son has valid opinions about all this eco stuff, so I wanted to make sure he had his turn in the mix.
- About anything I want: Hiding in the closet this post talks about me, my family, the things I love and where I stand all in one post. Whew, who knew I did all of that at one time!
Now for my tags, these are all people that I would like to get to know better since I am still becoming one with the other greenies out there.
Well there you go…a little bit about me and what I am all about. Hope that you enjoy!
